hmmm, why do I like Dragonflies. I guess it's a bunch of little things.
First of all they are gorgeous!!
I love the way they are light & airy and seem to float in the air. Then all of a sudden they just dart away! They act the way I imagine Fairies would. They are "fantasy" like in that way.
I had a beautiful blue one land on my hand and stayed there for a bit. We just looked at each other. Then he flew away....
I'm not sure where he came from, as the ones who frequent my backyard are the big red ones
I even have a special pond for them to produce in. Our Koi were eating their larvae so I made a small one just for them to keep them safe!
I would love to hear your story! Please post it, won't you?
